More Recipes to Make the 4 Hour Body Work

More 4 Hour Body Friendly Recipes from Around the Web - Jan 2016 Edition

If you are one of the many humans hoping to lose weight in 2016, then I would direct you back to the 4 Hour Body.  Last year at this time, I was so frustrated with the weight I "achieved."  I was feeling sad, slow, unhappy, and not pretty.  With no idea where to go or how to fit in this challenge with the myriad of other things on my list of priorities, I turned to Tim Ferriss (http://fourhourworkweek.com/blog/ ) and his ever expanding world of experimenting on himself.

The result: I lost 20 pounds in the first 6 months of 2015.

Then I went on a week long cruise, a trip to Denmark and Sweden and generally lonely "fell off the wagon."  The great news is I net only gained back 5 lbs... ending 2015 15 lbs lighter than I started.

So today, I am recommending the 4 Hour Body to you.  The hardest part is adjusting your eating to eliminate daily consumption of wheat, flour, sugar and the like - think all "white" foods.

Here are some additional recipes that you can use to enhance your new plan.... please note: at the end of some of these recipes, they recommend you serve over noodles, or rice, or other white foods.... just don't.  Replace with steamed cauliflower (I know, its white... but it is the one approved white foods), or zucchini or just eat it straight.

Or add your favorite salad...

Or slice tomatoes and salt, layer with sliced avocado, and basil... with a balsamic reduction... yum!

Or steam cauliflower, broccoli, or brussel sprouts.
